Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SeraphSEO platform and website. SeraphSEO is operated by Muhammad Muneeb, an individual based in Lahore, Pakistan (“we”, “us”). When you subscribe, your contract for the service is with us as the seller of SeraphSEO. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for the payment only (see section 3). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

SeraphSEO is an AI-powered SEO automation platform that crawls websites, identifies on-page SEO issues, and generates recommendations using artificial intelligence. The service includes website crawling, AI-generated SEO fixes, keyword rank tracking, schema markup generation, and related features.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscription and Payment

SeraphSEO offers subscription plans billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record and authorized reseller (Paddle.com Market Ltd), which handles billing and applicable global sales tax on our behalf. We offer a 7-day free trial for new accounts. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms, which cover payment, invoicing, tax and cancellation mechanics. Your contract for the SeraphSEO service itself remains with us.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the service for any unlawful purpose; use it for fraud, spam, or other deceptive activity; infringe the intellectual property or other rights of anyone else; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; interfere with the proper functioning of the service; crawl websites you do not own or have authorization to optimize; exceed your plan's usage limits through automated means.

You also agree not to use our AI generation features to produce: content that is illegal or promotes illegal activity; hateful, harassing, or abusive content; malware or other harmful code; content that impersonates a person or organization or is otherwise deceptive; or content intended to bypass our safety controls or those of the AI providers we use.

5. AI-Generated Content

SeraphSEO uses artificial intelligence to generate meta titles, meta descriptions, schema markup, and other recommendations. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your site. You must review generated content before publishing it, and you are responsible for what you publish.

You are responsible for the websites and content you submit for crawling or generation, and you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them for this purpose.

We may refuse to generate output, filter or remove generated content, and restrict access to generation features where we consider content harmful, unlawful, or in breach of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property and Takedowns

SeraphSEO and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SeraphSEO. AI-generated recommendations and content produced for your websites are licensed to you for use on your sites.

If you believe content generated or published through SeraphSEO infringes your intellectual property or other rights, email [email protected] with the content in question, where it appears, and the basis of your claim. We will review it and remove or restrict the content where appropriate. Accounts responsible for repeated infringement may be suspended or terminated.

7. Service Availability

We work to keep SeraphSEO available, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Access may be unavailable during maintenance, third-party outages, or events outside our control, and features may change over time. The service and its AI output are provided on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms affects statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

8. Limitation of Liability

SeraphSEO provides AI-generated SEO recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee specific search engine ranking results. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all changes before deploying them to your website.

9. Suspension and Termination

You can stop using SeraphSEO at any time by cancelling your subscription (see section 3).

We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the service if: you materially breach these Terms; your payment fails or your account is otherwise in arrears; we reasonably believe your account presents a security or fraud risk; or you repeatedly or seriously breach section 4 (Acceptable Use). Where it is reasonable to do so, we will contact you first and give you an opportunity to put the problem right. We may act immediately where the issue is serious or unlawful, or puts our service, our providers, or other users at risk.

When your access ends you will no longer be able to sign in, crawls and scheduled jobs stop, and access to your reports and generated content ends. Except where our Refund Policy or the law requires it, we do not refund the remainder of a paid period that ends because of a breach. We keep your data as described in our Privacy Policy, and you can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing [email protected].

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
