SeraphSEO is an AI-powered SEO automation platform that crawls websites, identifies on-page SEO issues, and generates recommendations using artificial intelligence. The service includes website crawling, AI-generated SEO fixes, keyword rank tracking, schema markup generation, and related features.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscription and Payment

SeraphSEO offers subscription plans billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 7-day free trial for new accounts.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; interfere with the proper functioning of the service; crawl websites you do not own or have authorization to optimize; exceed your plan's usage limits through automated means.

5. Intellectual Property

SeraphSEO and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Seode Global AB. AI-generated recommendations and content produced for your websites are licensed to you for use on your sites.

6. Limitation of Liability

SeraphSEO provides AI-generated SEO recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee specific search engine ranking results. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all changes before deploying them to your website.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Göteborg, Sweden.
