Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how you can get a refund for a SeraphSEO subscription. It forms part of our Terms of Service. SeraphSEO is operated by Muhammad Muneeb.

1. Free Trial

Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. You can crawl your site, review every recommendation, and use the full platform before paying anything. If SeraphSEO isn't right for you, simply don't subscribe when the trial ends — you will not be charged.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you subscribe to a paid plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid charge. This guarantee applies to your first paid plan only. Contact us within the window (see section 5) and we'll refund that payment in full.

3. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then. Except for the 14-day money-back guarantee above, we do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial or unused billing periods (for example, cancelling mid-month or mid-year).

4. How Refunds Are Processed

Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record and authorized reseller (Paddle.com Market Ltd). Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Charges and refunds may appear on your statement referencing Paddle.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] from the address on your account, with your account email and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
